Security and safety at KoboWallet
Exchanging airtime or USDT means trusting someone with value before cash arrives. These are the controls KoboWallet puts between your request and your payout.
Every transfer is verified before wallet credit
Automatic airtime exchange credits your wallet only after the network confirms a successful transfer. Your SMS code and SIM transfer PIN authorize that transfer and are never stored. USDT and manual airtime exchanges still receive desk review; pending transfers are not credited.
Account protection

Payout protection
- Bank accounts are resolved and name-checked before they can receive a payout.

Data handling
